How we handle your data
We collect the minimum needed to run the championship, and we don't share it with anyone outside the organising team.
- What we store
- Name, social name and email. Plus, if you give them, pronouns, phone, city, country, company, allergies or diet, and whatever you write in the free-text box. The team also records whether you have paid and whether we have written to you.
- What for
- To manage your registration, build the start lists, and write to you about CIMB 2026. Nothing else. No advertising, no passing it on.
- Who sees it
- The organising team. The data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud, EU servers).
- How long
- Until six months after the championship. Then it's deleted, apart from the public results, which carry only social name and category.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to the address below. We answer within a month.
